Refund policy

Because every item at The Quiet Grove is an instant digital download, all sales are final and orders are non-refundable once the files have been delivered. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on digital products, since a downloaded file cannot be returned.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will gladly make it right in any of these cases:

• The file will not download, is corrupt, or will not open.
• You received the wrong item.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

If any of the above happens, email us at griffin@griffinjacobs.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we will send a working file or issue a refund for the affected item.

Before buying, please review the product description, including the file formats and sizes, so the item suits your needs. If you are unsure whether a file will work for you, contact us before you purchase and we are happy to help.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
