Welcome to The Quiet Grove. By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The products. The Quiet Grove sells digital products, including printable art, planners, and coloring pages. All items are delivered as digital files. Nothing is physically shipped.

License and permitted use. When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download and print the files for personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the files, and you may not claim the artwork as your own. The Quiet Grove retains all intellectual property rights in the artwork and files.

Orders and delivery. Digital files are delivered by download and by email after your payment is confirmed. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

Pricing and payment. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and products at any time. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout.

Refunds. Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Please see our Return and refund policy for the limited cases in which we will replace a file or issue a refund.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The store and products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
