Shipping policy

The Quiet Grove sells digital products only, so there is no physical shipping and no shipping charges, ever.

How delivery works. After your payment is confirmed, your files are delivered instantly as a digital download, and a download link is also sent to the email address you used at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few minutes.

Did not receive your files?

• Check the order confirmation page and your email, including your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
• Still stuck? Email us at griffin@griffinjacobs.com with your order number and we will resend your download right away.

Printing your files. Our products are made to be printed at home or at a local print shop. Each product description lists the file formats and sizes so you can choose the right option for your printer.
